Who is NIEFERT?
How many Business Momentum Portal Servers are in use?
There are 15 servers in use at this time. Most companies utilize the hosted model where the server is installed at the hosting site. This is a cloud based concept. However in contrast to pure cloud solutions, you can decide to bring the server back into your office any time.

We already have an SAP Business ONE System! Can we still use the N2ONE Portal or the Momentum Portal Server?
You can purchase the N2ONE license and implement based on your requirements. Please request more information here.

We require a web dashboard. What features does the N2ONE Portal offer?

We already have an eCommerce solution, but it is not integrated. Can we expand using the N2ONE Portal?
We can integrate the N2ONE Portal with any ERP system. However when you choose SAP Business ONE as your ERP you can take advantage of pre-configured processes and Real-Time integration.
Does the N2ONE Portal require a backend ERP or Business Management Software?
No. You can use the N2ONE Portal as a web portal only for order taking with multiple eCommerce stores and online service calls, online marketing etc.
We require a web based support call platform where customers can enter their support calls 24x7. Does the N2ONE Portal offer this functionality?
The N2ONE Portal has a Customer Support Portal that allows customers to place service calls using a web interface.
We are using another ERP solution and not SAP. Can we use the N2ONE Portal?
The N2ONE Portal is designed to integrate with business solutions. Currently we have integrations for SAP Business Suite, SAP ByDesign, SAP Business ONE and Microsoft GP, Microsoft NAV, Accountmate, QuickBooks Enterprise. For custom integrations we establish an "Enterprise" project and define your requirements.
